It takes practice to develop a Buddha mind or Christ consciousness. It’s about becoming mindfully aware of our thoughts and how we respond to them. Enlightenment begins when we realise that we are not our thoughts. We learn to step back and be the silent observer of our thoughts. We choose to remain peaceful inside, no matter what is happening in the world. Choices are a vital part of our mindful practice. Be Mindful… Pause… Connect!
