Our finals of the Club Championship Singles were played last Thursday, between Denise Burey and Pauline Ryan, and it was a great game to watch. 

The game was a very tight and closely fought all the way, congratulations to both on the high standard of bowls played.  There has to be a winner and this time it was Pauline Ryan. Congratulations Pauline.

A reminder to the ladies about our Club Championship Pairs.  The nomination sheet is on the board and nominations close Tuesday July 21 with play commencing Thursday July 8, so ladies get your names up, we need teams to enter this to make it a great competition.

AGM – This is being held on Thursday August 27 with a time to be allocated closer to the date (which depends on what time the main Club is opening). Nomination forms are on the board and nominations close on Thursday July 23, so please ladies think about going on a committee, as without our members filling these positions, we don’t have a club.

To all our ladies who are off to Yamba next Tuesday to compete in the District Singles, we wish each and everyone of you good bowling and good luck.
