The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter Op-Shops in Yamba and South Grafton are calling out for more volunteers.

Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter, Regional Marketing Manager – Zeke Huish said that anyone wishing to help out as a volunteer, can apply by visiting one of their shops and completing an application.

“Volunteering provides such a wide range of benefits and enables people to give back to their community with our Op Shops helping to raise vital support to keep the Rescue Helicopter Service flying,” Mr Huish said.

“Being a volunteer at our Helicopter Op Shops is a great way to meet people, make new friends and a enjoy a day out each week in a fun and friendly environment”.

“Our Shops are open from 10am – 2pm.

“For anyone who feels they can offer their support a few hours a week we would welcome their interest with volunteer applications able to be made in store,” he said.
