The wait was worth it

Maclean Women’s Golf held their 2 Day Tournament on September 26 – 27.

It may have been three years in the making due to Covid 19 and flooding, however it was well worth the wait.

A huge thankyou goes to our sponsors, Clarence Valley Council, Townsend General Store, Maclean Bowling Club, Cathy & John Ayres and Maclean Stays.  Without their continued support of the event, it wouldn’t be the success we all experienced during the two days.

Day 1 fielded 66 players in a 4BBB Stableford and Day 2 was a Single Stableford with 51 players. Players represented Clubs from Grafton, Yamba, Sawtell, Ballina, Lismore, Ocean Shores, Coolangatta Tweed and Coffs Harbour.
