Valley and Rivers Showjumping are preparing to host their February Weekend of Showjumping at the Grafton Showground next month.

Featuring group lessons on Saturday, February 3 with Valley and Rivers Showjumping Secretary and esteemed equestrian Louise Light, which will give horses and riders an opportunity to warm up ahead of competing in several rounds of showjumping from 50cm to 1.20cm on Sunday, February 4, the event is expected to attract a large number of entries.

And after welcoming close to 30 participants to a Welcome to 2024 Weekend of Showjumping on January 13, Ms Light said she is pleased to see the sport continue to develop a strong following throughout the Clarence Valley and beyond.

“It was really good to see a consistent number of entries at the Welcome to 2024 Weekend of Showjumping, and we’ve got a lot of showjumping events planned throughout the year,” she said.
