Can someone please tell me when the roundabout connecting Della Place and Yamba Road that was supposed to be constructed after stage two has still not been built.

Here we are at stage four and no roundabout. Is this the fault of the council or Yamba Quays?

Della Place and Yamba Road are only 20 metres apart. The council were quick to drop concrete blocks in the gap there. So, is traffic to go down the racetrack of Gumnut Road to a goat track which is the tee junction at Treelands and down an already busy road to the roundabout, a distance of about 2kms. Is this going to be the norm instead 20 metres?
