Mindful Moments

When you think about it, the present moment is all we ever have! Not
only is it our best teacher, but it is always with us, wherever we go,
and it also presents us with opportunities. When our minds are in the
past or future or going at a hundred miles an hour, life is passing us
by. We miss the little things which can lead to big things! Our full
presence is the greatest gift we can gift our loved ones and everyone
in our circles. Presence doesn't come naturally so we need to practice!
