An 18-hole Stableford was enjoyed by 50 ladies on our greening fairways from the lovely rain that we have been receiving.

Div 2: winner – Karen Napper 37pts c/b; r/up – Christine Stephenson 37pts c/b; third – Janet Pilgrim 37pts.

Div 3: winner – Royer Smith 37pts; r/up – Marilyn Powell 36pts; third – Jean Milne 35pts c/b.

Friday November 17

Only 13 ladies played after our Presentation night on Thursday and unfortunately not all were able to complete the 18 holes, as Mark Harvison blew the horn to cease play as there was a storm approaching. After the storm, only walkers were allowed back on the course, so a few players wiped their last few holes.

Saturday November 18

5 ladies played a Stableford with a visit from Kath Devereux from Warwick.

Winner – Jen Townsend 38pts.

Wednesday November 29 is the Christmas Party day, ‘Swing with Bling’ with a Champagne breakfast at 7.30am. Please put your names on the sheet on our notice board if you would like the breakfast, cost $10. There will be an 8.30am shotgun start and we are playing an Irish Stableford.

Saturday December 2 is the weekend Christmas Party day. I have reserved 24 spots on slice so if you would like to join us, there is a sheet on our notice board for this too. We will put your names in slice when the draw is completed, we are playing a 2-person Ambrose, and there will be a draw for partners.

Monday December 4 is their Christmas party, playing an American Foursomes.

Our Presentation night was on Thursday, with some lucky winners and a great night had by all.
