This coming weekend we head south to the Flamin Dragons Regatta (Port Macquarie Club) held at Wauchope.

Saturday will see 2km turn races and a dash for cash and Sunday is the sprint races – always a good weekend away.

We are currently having two midweek training sessions as well as Saturday – with pretty awesome scenery at every session!

Training

Tuesday morning from the rowing club – OTW at 6am and finish at 7am for our workers, and coffee.

Thursday evening from rowing club – OTW at 5.30pm – we have lights on the boat, glow sticks and lifejackets if required.

Saturday morning Corcoran Park – OTW 8am – followed by coffee.

Any changes will be advised via Team App – don’t forget to register.

Next event is the Two Island Rowathon on Saturday June 15 in support of the Westpac Rescue Helicopter – choice of either 10kms around Susan Island or 20kms around Susan and Elizabeth – please register via Team App and support this very worthwhile cause and have a great paddling experience.

We are also calling for registration on Team App for the Rainbow Regatta at Ballina on August 26-27 and if accommodation is required. Please RSVP.
