We are pleased to confirm our fundraising annual Soup and Bingo day will be held this Friday, June 24 in the Roundhouse at Palm Lake Resort. Arrive between 9.30am and 10am for a fun filled morning, and afterwards enjoy our homemade soups and dessert. Tea and coffee are also offered to our guests. Everyone welcome. Lunch cost is only $5 and a bingo card only $2. There will be a wide selection of prizes and also raffle and Tombola prizes. Our next meeting will be on Saturday, July 2 at Palm Lake Resort. We ask our members to consider and submit nominations for all committee positions for the forthcoming AGM which will be held at 10am Saturday, August 2 at Palm Lake Resort. For our next fundraising event, plans are being made for a Spring Fair. Members of the community are invited to hire a space/table to sell their wares. We will incorporate the Red Cross Big Cake Bake 2016 with our Fair and also supply a Devonshire tea. A date has yet to be fixed so please watch this space. The Red Cross Blood Bank will be in Yamba on August 22 and 23. Those wishing to donate or become a donor please call 13 14 95. We do enjoy seeing our regular donors arriving at the Bowling Club.
