We could not have asked for better weather on Monday August 1 for the Iluka Ladies Open Day. We had ladies from Maclean, Grafton, Yamba, Tenterfield, Woodburn/Evans Head, Casino, Lismore, Woolgoolga, Kyogle and of course Iluka. Our thanks must go to our hardworking committee, especially Captain Sandra Morrow, who organised a large field of 80 players to run smoothly, quite a feat on our 10 hole course. Thanks also for the impressive array of prizes to the major sponsors Faye and Jim McClymont and David and Janelle Richards, and to the many other donors. Their support enables Iluka to hold an enjoyable Open Day and ensures most players will return next year.
