At our final meeting for the year, a fabulous white Christmas party, we were all surprised and delighted by a visit from the man in red himself…Santa!

He quizzed us on the names of his reindeers, and many other trivia questions, made himself known to our new members, checking if they were naughty or nice… and handed out the chocolate medals to the smart ladies who had all the answers!

Di Sweetman won the Christmas raffle, a huge hamper, filled with everything you would need for a festive celebration.

Congratulations Di and thank you to all our members for buying tickets.

Marlene Woodbridge had a win on our 100 board, lucky lady.

The money we raised goes to help support our seven students in The Smith  Family ‘Learning for Life’ program, providing uniforms, books, fees etc; our giving gives them a chance to have an education.

Wishing everyone a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year with lots of rain!
