Yamba, Wooloweyah and Angourie now have a lot less graffiti following the annual graffiti removal day recently.

With Dulux suppling paints, graffiti remover and equipment, groups of volunteers cleaned up graffiti at 19 locations, ensuring the Yamba and district has less unsightly graffiti.

Co-ordinator John McKenny was again pleased with the result, encouraged by local residences who find the graffiti as “ugly and sometimes offensive”.
