On Sunday August 25 volunteers from Angourie Community Coastcare and Wooloweyah Landcare set about gathering discarded bottles from the charred remains of the bushland at Angourie.

50 bags of bottles and other trash were collected from Spooky Gully Nature Walk, the Pools, Spookies Beach and along a section of the Heritage Walk near Green Point.
