Another wonderful day last Friday with much frivolity. Everyone received a newsletter advising the details of our forthcoming activities which takes us to the break up Christmas party on December 13.

However I will remind you all that we have a fabulous day planned for next Friday to coincide with Veterans Health Week. There will be a BBQ, croquet if you so desire, horse racing of sorts and prizes for the best, the funniest and most innovative hat/sun hat. Be in it to win it folks. Remember comfy shoes, comfy clothes and a desire for something different. And don’t forget $2 for the Melbourne Cup sweep.

I think Bev D pipped Sheila’s beautiful airings for size with her imaginative creation. My goodness her earlobes almost reached her shoulders. Never mind Sheila yours were gorgeous but I do believe there will be a challenge from Gillian next week…and one of the boys. You have started something now girl.

If you have been thinking about joining Osprey, please don’t think it is too late in the year to check us out. In fact it is a wonderful opportunity to come along and see what we get up to before we break for Christmas holidays. We will return next year on February 7 all refreshed ready for another wonderful year.
