Bowls will start again at Maclean Women’s Bowling Club with social games on Thursday January 28. On Australia Day, Tuesday January 26, there will be a game of Open 2 Bowl Triples starting at 1pm and consisting of two games of twelve ends. Teams can be mixed or single sex. Entries close at 6pm on Sunday January 24 and sheets are on the men’s board. The Championship Pairs are due to begin on Tuesday February 2. The Major/Minor Fours Tournament takes place on Monday February 15 and the closing date for entries is Monday February 8. The entry fee of $80 per team includes morning tea at 8.30am and a light lunch. There will be two games of eighteen ends or to the bell. Maggie Combley
