Craig Slater and his playing partner Rod Smith found almost every bunker on the front nine as well. Richard Parker’s form was limited to winning the meat tray raffle again! Geoff Greenwood, who mowed the grass in the morning, had a patchy day, particularly on the 16th green where he missed a section of green with the mower. Simon Commerford used it to his advantage, sinking a downhill putt for a 4 pointer. Captain Geoff Grayson reminds players of the N.R.D.G.A Foursomes to be played at Woodburn Evans Head next weekend. Details are on the board for interested players. Next Saturdays event is a Medley Stableford sponsored by Shelley of Thistles Bistro and great prizes are on offer. Phil McGuire
