I went and saw the Woolweyah RFS recently. They were holding their debrief meeting post the fires.

They did such a great job protecting us. It was good to catch up and hear their heroic stories. It was an honour to thank everyone.

I held a morning tea recently to congratulate our local young sporting champs.

Congratulations to Lillian Doyle, Tyler Gaddes, Kalila Bell, Kate Atkin, Morgen Parkin, Tyler Hogden, Kali Swift and Jorja White.

They have all represented us at a state or national level. The Local Sporting Champions program provides financial assistance for competitors aged 12-18 participating in state, national or international championships.
