Tuesday of last week was an outstanding day for Iluka vets who turned up in numbers to celebrate Presidents & Captains Day. The yearly event was sponsored by Geoff Prentice & Jim Lowe; many thanks yet again.

The yearly event saw 54 players take to the course in a shotgun start. Weather was pitch perfect and set the scene for a fun day all round. A spit roast lunch was provided to help celebrate the special event.

Winner on the day was Neil Grady with 40pts. Runner up Barry Brims on 36pts. Great to see so many Vets members take advantage and attend on the day. A huge shout out to our bar staff Brenda, COVID marshal, Jeoff Turner and Captain Jim Lowe (and many support  crew) who kept the crowd COVID safe in and out of the Clubhouse. Look forward to seeing what next week holds.
