Gulmarrad accident

Wanted, information on an accident; or the identity the driver of a white, drop side, tray back, single cab utility, late model, similar to Mitsubishi Triton.
The incident occurred outside the Rural Bush Fire Brigade station, at the corner of Brooms Head Road and Sheehan’s Lane, Gulmarrad, around 6.30pm, Friday 17 August 2018.
Being a high-speed rear end impact accident, there’s the likelihood this vehicle has suffered extensive damage, provided there was no bull bar fitted, as the vehicle left an oil/water trail at the impact site.
