We farewelled Lyn Lucas for this year and thanked her for donating a beautiful painting which Elaine has offered to have framed and it will be raffled later in the year. There were some good scores, some tales of playing from one bunker to the other and as always tales of woe. (I played hard for the Encouragement Award thanks to my putting). We played a Ladies Single Stroke, Putting, 4th Monthly Medal, 4th Golf NSW Medal and WVNSW Country Championships and Overall Best Nett kindly sponsored by Iluka Pharmacy.
