Iluka 40 room resort

I will probably be hounded down as a whinger but as a fairly new resident of Woombah and a regular visitor to Iluka, to me having a resort style property development in the centre of Iluka is the start of what developers want not the residents.
The thin edge of the wedge so to speak.
I used to live at Tweed when it was just like Iluka and look at it now, a concrete jungle full of over developed land, traffic lights every 100 feet and full of impatient people who live in overcrowded development. Remember what you have now as it could become like Tweed is.
