Maclean Lower Clarence Hospital Auxiliary have benefited from a generous donation by the Maclean Rotary Club. A cheque for $1000 was handed over by Maclean Rotary Clubs new president Anne Farrell at a United Hospitals Association (UHA) meeting, which was held at the Maclean District Hospital on Wednesday morning. The Rotary Clubs donation was generated from the clubs biggest fund raising event of the year, ‘The Giant Book Sale’, which raised over $11,000 this financial year and benefits over a dozen charities.
