We thank our local papers for sharing over the years many fond memories of VIEW Club’s 53 years in Grafton.

As the Federal & State Governments relax COVID-19 containment measures in accordance with health authority advice, Grafton VIEW Club is now able to consider and work towards further meetings and activities, so that we will be up and running socially once again.

One highlight to consider is the Grafton VIEW Club’s 53rd Birthday Luncheon, which is to be held on Friday October 30, Jacaranda Friday. The function will have a “Garden Party” theme. More details will be published later. Everyone loves a birthday party, so pencil in this date on your calendar.

For those wondering, VIEW Club is not a camera club! It is a network of women supporting and sponsoring students on the Learning for Life Program. VIEW is one of more than 300 clubs around Australia for women of all ages. This club offers you a friendship network, providing fun and a sense of purpose through supporting the education of disadvantaged Australian children. All you have to do is come along, meet new and old friends and enjoy a luscious meal with entertainment thrown in.
