The weather is warming, the water is very enjoyable, and the Grafton Rowing Club is all prepared for its ‘Come and Try Day’ on Saturday September 23.

There will be two sessions for adults only – 7.30am to 9am followed by 9.30am to 11am with coaches and experienced rowers on hand to help beginners.

Light refreshments will follow both sessions.

A similar day for students is planned for after the next school holidays.

Club members have been very encouraged by several beginners who have joined the Club this year, and some returned rowers are back on the water again.
