Marilyn Franey and Clare Routson were in fine form at the Yamba Bowling Club Euchre Tournament n Monday May 9. Marilyn and Clare tied with 10 games each, the winners of the evening. Judy Butcher won the lone hand prize which was donated by Dot Evans. Welcome back Jean White. Thursday May 12, saw Isabel Ayscough holding great cards. Isabel was the outright winner with a top score of 11 games. Moya Brennan-Taylor was a close second on 10 games. Helen Haling won the lone hand prize which was donated by Marilyn and Neil Franey. Welcome back Marie Stone from her most enjoyable cruise to New Zealand. Welcome back to Helen and Peter Haling also. Wishing Flo Stephens a speedy recovery. Nine Yamba players travelled to Lismore for Lismore’s National Euchre week-end…May 15-16th. A great time was had by all. Euchre is played at the Yamba Bowling Club on Monday and Thursday evenings, with play commencing at 7pm. Only $4 to play. Many great prizes to be won. All are very welcome.
