Lower had our four grades back on the field in Yamba on Sunday against Ballina after a couple of home games were postponed due to weather, with a determined, tough win on the bell to our girls and another great effort from our Under 18s.

Our senior teams were not on the winning sides but a big all-round effort from our Reserves players.

First Grade were very unlucky after a tantalising, tough game against a top three side, something that they should walk away from with their heads held high. We are sure all the supporters went home very proud of the club’s effort today in all four grades.

Next Sunday we are away to Mullumbimby.
