Does the Clarence Valley Council know that Yamba is a holiday destination with a frequent turnover of tenants in the many rental homes and apartments?

There needs to be a weekly rubbish collection in holiday times, especially in the very busy Dec/Jan period.

Today (Boxing Day), unsuspecting tenants have put their (half full, from the previous weeks tenants) bins out for collection not realising in this poorly serviced area they are collected fortnightly. The bins are overflowing with rubbish that is not only unsightly and smelly but a health hazard. The rates are high, but the level of service is low.
