Ed, Who what or where gave politicians the authority to interfere with a very basic Christian ceremony that aims to build and maintain a peaceful and productive society. By all means let our parliament decriminalise sexual acts between consenting adults, but avoid offending the silent majority by riding roughshod over the customs and beliefs of so many people by legalising a corruption of Christian principals by legalising same sex marriage.
