Nominate now for NSW/ACT young achiever awards

Rodney Stevens

The Clarence Valley has plenty of young people doing great things across our wonderful communities so why not nominate someone under 29 in the NSW/ACT Young Achiever Award for 2023.

Hosted by Awards Australia, The Young Achiever Awards acknowledge, encourage and most importantly promote the positive achievements of all young people throughout Australia up to and including 29 years of age as of December 31 each year.

The goal of the Young Achiever Awards is to highlight the stories of young achievers that are doing great things across NSW/ACT – whatever that may be.

No achievement is too small or big and all young people should be applauded for their positive impacts on our local and wider communities.

The people you nominate could be your brother or sister, son or daughter, niece, nephew or cousin, a workmate or someone from your neighbourhood, someone you went to school with or someone that has personally positively impacted you in some way.

The Young Achiever Awards are held across the following 10 categories;

Spirit Super – Connecting Communities Award

Aboriginal Education Council – Aboriginal Education Award

First National Real Estate – Leadership Award

Freemasons of NSW/ACT – Community Service Award

NSW Ministry of Health – Aboriginal Health Award

Off Trail Coffee – Small Business Achievement Award

Office for Regional Youth – Regional Achievement Award

The Fullerton Hotel Sydney – Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Award

Transgrid – Indigenous Achievement Award

Western Sydney University – Academic Achievement Award

Anyone aged under 29 who deserves recognition for their hard work and achievements.

Entering the Young Achiever Awards is free, and winners will take home some great prizes plus an impressive trophy.

For each nominee, Awards Australia will issue a media release, increasing promotion of the entrant.

Nominees who become semi-finalists or finalists will receive further promotion on social media, plus press releases sent to their local media.

All nominees will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
