An elderly woman who was last seen at 6:30pm on October 7 in Coutts Crossing has been found safe and well.
Gladys Grimshaw, 74, was located around midday on Braunstone Road, 20km south of Grafton.
She had been missing for 18 hours.
Officers from the Coffs/Clarence Police District with the assistance of a PolAir helicopter, SES volunteers and members of the Coutts Crossing community resumed searching for Ms Grimshaw shortly after 8am before she was discovered by a member of the public.
Ms Grimshaw was attended to by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Grafton Base Hospital for precautionary further assessments.
