Let it go!
We all face challenges, heartache and tragedies that make us think: “how can this be good?” or “I will never get over it!” It is okay to be not ok or upset at first.
Getting over a painful experience is much like crossing monkey bars. You have to let go at some point in order to move forward. If a painful thought keeps coming back, make room for it, rather than dwelling on it, trying to avoid it or fighting with it. What you resist, persists! Making room for it is the best way to let it go.
