I encourage you to make your key thought from this moment – and into the future – ‘Be Mindful’.
This mindful action is to use ‘Be Mindful’ whenever you have an unhelpful or negative thought. Anytime you find yourself in a stressful situation or under pressure, let ‘Be Mindful’ be the trigger to pause your mind for a few seconds and connect with the present moment.
‘Be Mindful’ Say it five times if you have to. Say it to yourself when you are distracted with negativity, worry or anxiety. Practise this once or twice daily to start and then increase until it becomes habit.
