Ingredients
- 125g tin four bean mix, rinsed, drained
- 60g (1/4 cup) semi-dried tomatoes, not in oil, drained, chopped
- 1 celery stick, diced
- 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, diced
- 95g tin tuna in spring water, drained
- 50g baby rocket leaves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, to taste
Instructions
Combine bean mix, semi-dried tomatoes, celery, cucumber, tuna and rocket in a bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Toss to combine.
