Squash – Last week Kane Hancock and Daniel Butt had a massive five set match lasting well over the hour. Kane came away with the win 15-12 and winning on points in a very high scoring match (72-70). In the other matches Sam Brendon d John Auckram 15-10; Jason Harvery d Paul Simpson 15-10; Sandra Jenkins d Sam Cashman 15-9; Roy Ellery d Ross Gudgeon 15-8. Cricket – Last week was our first week of our new indoor cricket competition. We would like to welcome a few teams to the competition, Woodys, Warriors and Home Hardware. Last week’s results: Brushgrove d Home Hardware 111-99. Best for Brushgrove was Dylan Clark scoring 25 runs and 3/15 and Home Hardware Jimmy Lee 23 runs and 2/12; GIO Gents d Dylos 118-62. GIO Gents Josh Meridth taking 5/-14 and Alex Robinson 35 runs, scoring 25 runs of the last over and Harwood Tom Littlechild 5/-11, was Dylos best. Volleyball – New competition starting soon. Get your team together now. A fantastic sport involving every players. Six players per team, unlimited substitutes. Must have two females on the court at the one time. Futsal – Juniors – Last week we had over 50 juniors playing. Starting at 3.45pm-4.30pm (6-10) and 4.30pm-5.30pm, (11-15). All players must be here at 4.15 sharp so we can workout teams. Cost only $3. Seniors – Last week we had a couple great games of Futsal. The Legos and Wildcats had a 5-5 draw; Fam d S.T.E.V.E.s 9-8; Jungle Juice d Uniform Shop 10-7; Goal Diggers d Mickos 15-8.
