Other presenters include Travis McConnell from LJ Hooker who will be talking about the local property market in the Maclean area and the best buys in current listings and residential subdivisions.
There will also be presenters from valuers, Taylor Byrne, focusing on current trends in property prices, Tax & Business Services discussing taxation implications with buying an investment property and negative gearing and Solicitors Conroy Stewart Spagnolo who will cover conveyancing matters in relation to buying and selling a property. Perry Homes will discuss constructing a house and the processes involved. Amalgamated Pest Control will explain the details around Pest Inspection reports and what to look out for in these reports.
