The stall run by the Maclean Lower Clarence Hospital Auxiliary at the recent McMarkets raised the pleasing sum of $852 which will go towards the $145,000 needed to purchase a new ultrasound machine for Maclean District Hospital. The lucky raffle winners were Kaye Anderson and Maureen Kino.

The next fundraising event will be a garage sale to be held at the RSL hall in Church Street, Yamba, on the morning of Saturday January 19. There will be a wide variety of good quality items for sale and lots of bargains. Anyone wishing to donate goods is asked to take them to the hall between 1pm and 4pm on Friday January 18.

Members are reminded that the first meeting for 2019 will take place on Monday February 18 at 2pm in the conference room of Community Health at Maclean District Hospital. New members are welcome.
