The members of Maclean Lower Clarence Hospital Auxiliary plan to present a Certificate of Appreciation to Mr Colin Powell from Duncan’s Carpet Cleaning Maclean in gratitude for his generous donation of $20,000.
With this money added to the sum already raised, the auxiliary now has the necessary $44,000 to go ahead and order a Lite Gait machine for the Rehabilitation Department at Maclean District Hospital. This machine will be very useful in helping patients who have to learn to walk again after illnesses such as strokes.
