Ed, Why should we pay out good money to make our front yard look nice. Over the past few years I have brought solar lights, only to have them taken. As well, I am sick of cleaning up the mess left by dogs whose owners let out to roam on their own. We have a lovely park in our street were lots of families go with children and owners walk their dogs with lead in hand and not on the dogs. And not just dogs who are a nuisance, cats being let out of a night…the noise is terrible. Janette Baillie, Yamba
