Due to the Queens Birthday long weekend our June Jabberest will be held on Monday June 17 at our usual venue, the New Life Church in Arthur Street commencing at 10am.

The guest speaker for the June meeting will be Laura Noble who will be talking about bees, no, not the normal honey bees that we all know well, but the Australian native bees, of which there are dozens if not hundreds of species.

Opening proceedings for the day, Harry will be reciting the marvellous story of the Loaded Dog  and Kevin will present an audio visual and quiz, asking us to identify “Who Am I?”

Sorry that this epistle may be a tad shorter than usual as I am just catching up with things after a month away visiting Tasmania and will look forward to seeing you all on Monday 17.
