Ulmarra RSL Sub-Branch turns 100

It was a significant event with the Ulmarra RSL Sub-Branch reaching its centenary; 100 years of supporting and looking out for our veterans.

Accepting the award for the 100 years from RSL NSW President James Brown, was Dale Wright. I acknowledge the Executive of the Ulmarra RSL Sub Branch: President – Geoffrey Lenz; Treasurer – Dale Wright; Secretary – Steven Davis.

It was celebrated with a carnival day for the three local schools, Ulmarra, Tucabia and Cowper.

Thanks also to Ken Cowan, President of Ulmarra P&C who organised the tri-school carnival in association with the Ulmarra Sub-Branch to support such an important occasion: President-Geoffrey Lenz; Treasurer-Dale Wright; Secretary-Steven Davis.
