Malaysian star Boy Kadri [Xtreme Viking Racing] loves his sport and his Australian Formula Powerboat racing family.
Kadri flew into Australia on Thursday just to compete in Round 4 of the Australian Formula Powerboat Grand Prix Series, which was held in Grafton over the weekend.
Kadri is a third generation Formula Powerboat racer and has been competing in Australia for the last five years.
“I’ve been to Grafton a few times,” he said.
“It’s a good place, good competition and good (racing) family.”
Last year Kadri received a second place for Team Malaysia in the Nations Cup which was held in Qatar and is planning to join the World Series Powerboat racing circuit, next year.
