Nicholson Fine Foods are celebrating their recent success at the Sydney Royal Fine Specialty Food Competition 2022 last month after three of the four new products they entered won medals.

The Yamba based business was awarded the gold medal for their Davidson Plum and Tasmanian Pepper Berry Finishing Vinegars, while they also took home silver medals for their handmade Pomegranate Molasses and Black Vanilla Garnishing Pearls.

Each year, the Sydney Royal Fine Specialty Food Competition celebrates local produce and ingredients from across the country.

The winning products entered by Nicholson Fine Foods proved a hit with the judges.

The business has previously won accolades at the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards, Royal Queensland Dairy and Royal Tasmania Fine Food Awards.
