Dissatisfied CVC residents increase: survey

A Customer Satisfaction Survey commissioned by Clarence Valley Council saw 402 residents surveyed out of a population of more than 54,000 give their opinion in a telephone survey.

Clarence Valley Council commissioned the survey to better understand key issues, community needs, and priorities regarding the services and facilities provided by council.

The telephone survey by Taverner Research Group, conducted between August 23 and September 1 of last year, saw the percentage of dissatisfied residents rise significantly from 25 per-cent to 39 per-cent, while the number of satisfied residents fell from 33 per-cent to 29 per-cent, compared to results in the previous survey.
