The members of the Lower Clarence CWA branches recently visited Cardiff Alpacas at Harwood for a fun filled day of finding out about these wonderful animals. They were all very friendly and cute and didn’t mind interacting with us, even when we didn’t have food to feed them. Rob Werry and his niece Kathleen provided a lovely lunch and some great information on the alpacas. We browsed through the products that they have for sale and some had a go at carding the fleece, Harrison did a particularly good job at this. We would recommend a visit for any one who would like to go. Each branch of CWA in the Lower Clarence is looking for new members, so if you are interested please contact your local branch. Our new financial year for memberships start in October so now is the time to get serious about joining. Leonie Saunders
