To help swell the coffers the ‘Men’s Shed’ blokes held a sausage sizzle and raffle on Saturday morning in front of Home Hardware in downtown Maclean.
Raffle prizes were donated by members from the shed, thanks to Don Lee and Mick Burns who manufactured and donated a bandsaw box and pen respectively. A big thanks also to, Maclean Home Hardware for setting up the BBQ, to Maclean Variety Meats for donating the sausages and to Maclean Hot Bread Shop for supplying the bread, and to Shed members Paul, Rob, Roy and Mick for their time and effort to man the BBQ. The lucky winners of the raffle were: 1st Prize John Moore and 2nd Prize Annie Odell. Thanks to all those who purchased tickets.
