To celebrate Carers Week 2015 on Monday 12th of October at 1pm, Lower Clarence Mental Health Carers Support Group is celebrating with a luncheon at Yamba Shores Tavern for carers who care for a family member or a friend  affected by mental illness. Any one of us could become a carer at any time and it is important for carers to remember that there is support available. Carers can find out more by calling the Carer Line on 1800 242 636. It is so important for carers to have a break and the Carers Week events are a great way for carers to relax and enjoy a fun day out.
