Breezing into new business venture

Renowned for their quality customer service and commitment to keeping Clarence Valley motorists safe on the road, See Breeze Motors is in top gear and driving towards a bright future after being purchased by South Grafton based business Motortorque Automotive.

Located at 4B Fairtrader Drive in the Yamba Industrial Estate, the automotive servicing and repair workshop will continue to provide all your maintenance needs with Motortorque Automotive representative Lisa Rose confirming operations will remain the same, while assuring customers they will continue to receive the high standard of service they have come to know and appreciate through the years.

Following the retirement of former See Breeze Motors owner Paul Skippen, Ms Rose said Motortorque Automotive are proud to continue to build on the reputable local legacy he created, while expanding the business and introducing a variety of new services based on their own 30 years industry experience.

As a family owned and operated business, Motortorque Automotive is a strong advocate of personalised service, and they are also proudly affiliated with another Clarence Valley business, TNT Towing.

With a prosperous future incorporating all three businesses on the horizon, Ms Rose said See Breeze Motors will continue trading under the same name while providing quality workmanship by experienced mechanics at competitive prices.

“It’s an exciting opportunity for us which we couldn’t knock back to continue to work within the local community, and to continue to build on the success See Breeze Motors is known for,” she said.

“We want to keep the business family orientated, that’s what we strive for.

“And we want to keep it local.”

Covering an area from Iluka to Woolgoolga, and to the top of the Gibraltar Range, Ms Rose revealed the business will also continue to provide NRMA roadside assistance, with patrol vehicles based in Yamba, Maclean, and Grafton available to render assistance at all times.

A tow truck will also be available 24/7 to assist with breakdowns and motor vehicle accidents.

Following the purchase of See Breeze Motors, Ms Rose said an experienced mechanic who specialises in European vehicles will shortly be joining the team and will be based in the Lower Clarence, bringing further diversity and knowledge to the business, while other new services currently in discussions to be introduced include air conditioning re-gassing and wheel alignments.

“We are looking forward to growing the business while covering all areas of the Clarence Valley,” Ms Rose said.

“It is an exciting time.”
