Seniors just love the new facilities at the Yamba Bowling Sports and Leisure Club.  Pauline Chilcott (3rd from left) comes in for Tenpin bowls 1-2 times per week. She commented that “I love it! It’s soo ‘FUN’. I love to try and get a score of 100+. It’s a great inexpensive way to keep active and socialise”. Val Thompson (2nd from left with a hat on) has just finished cancer treatment and said “I really missed coming in and playing Tenpin, I’m a little rusty but happy to be back”. Val also comments that it’s a great ‘FUN’, social, activity and loves the challenge at the same time. Val used to drive to Ballina or Grafton for competition but loves that she can do it in Yamba now. The ladies both said that it’s not competitive at all… just FUN! In fact it was pretty unanimous…all the ladies in the group agreed Tenpin bowling is ‘FUN’!
