I would like to say a big thank you to the Parks and Gardens staff at the CV Council who do such a wonderful job in Grafton and South Grafton and all over the Clarence Valley whenever the need arises.

The roundabout gardens have been particularly spectacular this year (as every year) as well as all the smaller gardens and roadsides.

This year the Jacaranda Festival was so bright and joyful because of their efforts. Particular thanks go to the garden staff who regularly mow the surrounds of Schaeffer House in Fitzroy Street and contribute to the appreciation by visitors. You help make Grafton and South Grafton a true “garden city” and indeed lift our spirits.
